USP33 Rabbit pAb

USP33 is a member of the USP subfamily of DUBs. DUBs are categorized into 5 subfamilies: USP, UCH, OTU, MJD, and JAMM. USP33 is important in a variety of processes, including Slit-dependent cell migration and beta-2 adrenergic receptor signaling. It is negatively regulated through ubiquitination by von Hippel-Lindau tumor protein (VHL). USP33 mediates deubiquitination of both 'Lys-48'- and 'Lys-63'-linked polyubiquitin chains.
