Protein Expression & Purification
We offer end-to-end protein production services, including:
- Expression construct cloning or gene synthesis
- Protein expression in E. coli, insect, or mammalian cell systems
- Multi-step protein purification to ensure high purity and functional integrity
TR-FRET Reagent & Assay Development
Time-Resolved FRET (TR-FRET) is a versatile technique for detecting molecular interactions, enzyme activities, post-translational modifications, and more. Our RELAYTR FRET platform utilizes an in-house–developed lanthanide ligand capable of binding both terbium and europium, with strong absorption in the 320–340 nm range. Commonly used donor/acceptor pairs include terbium/fluorescein and europium/Cy5.
Reagent Development
We provide covalent labeling of proteins, antibodies, peptides, or other biomolecules containing free thiol or amine groups using terbium or europium chelate, fluorescein, Cy5, biotin, or custom dyes. Following labeling, unreacted modifiers are removed by gel filtration or other methods, and the degree of labeling (DOL) is calculated for quality control.
Assay Development and Execution
We design and optimize high-throughput assay formats with a focus on low signal interference, robust assay stability, high sensitivity and reproducibility, and cost effective. Established assay can be transferred to the customer or being conducted in our laboratory for downstream experiments.
Molecular Glue & PROTAC Degrader Discovery
We support molecular glue (MG) and PROTAC degrader discovery by developing and executing biochemical assays across the drug discovery workflow, including: primary/secondary/tertiary biochemical assay development, compound screening, hit validation, and target engagement and specificity.
Custom Ubiquitin Research & Drug Discovery
We design and execute biochemical assays for precise analysis of the ubiquitin biology. These assays can be used in basic mechanistic studies and drug discovery in probing key players/events in the ubiquitin system, including, but not limited to, proteasomes, E1/E2/E3 enzymes, deubiquitinases (DUBs), ubiquitin binding proteins, protein ubiquitination, and protein degradation.
