ITCH Rabbit pAb [KO Validated]

ITCH is a HECT domain-containing E3 ubiquitin ligase. HECT domain E3 ubiquitin ligases accept ubiquitin from E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes, and then transfer ubiquitin to protein substrates. ITCH plays a role in multiple cellular processes including erythroid and lymphoid cell differentiation and the regulation of immune responses.
