RELAYTR Ubiquitination Buffer (10X)

This buffer is optimized to keep UbE1, E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes and E3 ubiquitin ligases stable under room termperature for up to 4 hours. MgCl2 is included in the buffer. Addition of ATP (Catalog # T1501) is required for activation of UbE1 to initiate a ubiquitination reaction. Reactions with all components but ATP can serve as the negative reaction (background).

This buffer can be used as the reaction buffer as well as the component dilution buffer.
