RELAYTR Ubiquitin Ligase Activity Assay Kit

RELAYTR Ubiquitin Ligase Activity Assay Kit is based on the TR-FRET technology that offers a sensitive, homogeneous, stable, and high signal-to-background ratio assay to assess E3 ubiquitin ligase activity via measuring E3 autoubiquitination. The provided terbium-ubiquitin and fluorescein-ubiquitin mix can support various types of polyubiquitin chain formation as well as monoubiquitination, thereby enabling TR-FRET signaling.

This kit could be used to determine the ubiquitin ligase activity or screening compounds for any given E3s that are either polyubiquitinated or multi-monoubiquitinated.

The ubiquitin ligase CHIP is included in the kit as a positive control.
