OTUD7A Rabbit pAb

OTUD7A is a member of OTU family of DUBs. DUBs are categorized into 5 subfamilies: USP, UCH, OTU, MJD, and JAMM. OTUD7A prefers to cleave lysine 11-linked polyubiqutin chains, acts on TNF receptor associated factor 6 (TRAF6) to control nuclear factor kappa B expression. OTUD7A also localizes to the postsynaptic density in the brain, suggesting a role in synapse development and maturation.
