MARCH6 Rabbit pAb

MARCH6 is a member of a family of membrane-associated E3 ubiquitin ligases containing RING-CH-type zinc finger motifs. MARCH6 promotes 'Lys-48'-linked ubiquitination of target proteins, leading to their proteasomal degradation. Ubiquitination of type II deiodinase by MARCH6 is an important regulatory step in thyroid hormone signalling.
