Details
CYLD is a member of the USP subfamily of DUBs. CYLD prefers to cleave lysine 63-linked or linear polyubiquitin chains. CYLD regulates inflammation and cell proliferation by down regulating NF-κB signaling through removal of ubiquitin chains from several NF-κB pathway proteins.
