Details
WP-1130 is a partial selective inhibitor of DUBs including Usp9x, Usp5, Usp14, UchL1 and Uch37. WP-1130 treatment was found to suppress the Jak-Stat signaling pathway, induce aggresome formation and lead to tumor cell apoptosis.
Typical concentration for cell culture experiments is 1-5µM.
