Details
KU-60019 is a potent ATM kinase inhibitor (IC50 = 6.3 nM) in cell-free assays. Exhibits little to no nonspecific target effects against a panel of 229 protein kinases, including ATR and DNA-PKcs. It is a highly effective radiosensitizer.
