Details
A potent, reversible, cell permeable and specific inhibitor of ATPase of p97 (also called valosin-containing protein (VCP)) with IC50 of 1.5 μM. DBeQ inhibits both ubiquitin-dependent and autophagic protein degradation pathways and rapidly induces caspases -3 and -7 activity and apoptosis.
