Z-RLRGG-AMC is a fluorogenic substrate of isopeptidase T (also called USP5) and ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolases (UCHs). The recommended starting concentration of this substrate is 20 - 100 uM. Released AMC fluorescence can be monitored with an excitation wavelength of 345 nm and an emission wavelength of 445 nm.
