A. 3 ug GST-MURF2 separated in an 8-16% Tris-glycine gel (Coomassie-stained).
B. GST-MURF2 autoubiquitination. The reaction contained 50 nM UbE1, 1 µM UbE2D4, 0.5 µM GST-MURF2, and 50 µM ubiquitin. Proteins were separated in an 8-16% Tris-glycine gel, visualized by Coomassie-staining.
C. GST-MURF2 autoubiquitination detected by RELAYTR FRET assay (see product # T4100). Blue/orange/green lines represent results with 25 nM, 12.5 nM and 6.25 nM GST-MURF2, respectively.
