Details
UBE2Q2 is a member of the E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family, also known as UBCi. Accepts ubiquitin from the E1 complex and catalyzes its covalent attachment to other proteins. Accepts ubiquitin from the E1 complex and catalyzes its covalent attachment to other proteins. In vitro it catalyzes 'Lys-48'-linked polyubiquitination.
