UBE2T is a member of the E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family. Accepts ubiquitin from E1 and catalyzes its covalent attachment to other proteins. Catalyzes monoubiquitination. Involved in mitomycin-C (MMC)-induced DNA repair.
