UBE2K Rabbit pAb

UBE2K is a member of the E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family. Accepts ubiquitin from E1 and catalyzes its covalent attachment to other proteins. It can synthesize lysine 48-linked polyubiquitin chains in vitro. This protein interacts with RING finger proteins, and it can ubiquitinate huntingtin, the gene product for Huntington's disease.
