Details
Description
This kit contains 5 µg each of linear, K6, K11, K27, K29, K33, K48, and K63-linked diubiquitin, a total of eight different diubiquitin forms. It can be used for determining linkage specificity of deubiquitinating enzymes and polyubiquitin-binding proteins. Linear diUb (catalog# D4300) was purified as recombinant protein. K11 diUb (catalog# D3100), K48 diUb (catalog# D1100), and K63 diUb (D2100) were made from recombinant human Ub using specific Ub conjugating enzymes. K6 diUb (catalog# D5110), K27 diUb (catalog# D5210), K29 diUb (catalog# D5310) and K33 diUb (catalog# D5410) were made by chemical synthesis. DiUb from recombinant Ub stained more intense than chemically synthesized ones in Coomassie staining on SDS-PAGE.
