Details
AMSH belongs to the JAMM family of deubiquitinases that are Zn2+-dependent metalloproteases. AMSH is an endosome-associating DUB that regulates endosomal sorting by deubiquitination. SMSH specifically cleaves lysine 63-polyubiquitin chains.
