5X DUB Assay Buffer II

5X Deubiquitination Buffer II contains 200 mM Tris, pH 7.1 at 37 0C, 500 mM NaCl, 20 mM TCEP and 0.05% Tween-20.

Dilute to 1X when setting up deubiquitination reactions. All tested DUBs (> 25) maintained full activity in the presence of 0.01% Tween-20. We recommend use this buffer for DUB chemical inhibitor screening assay because 0.01% Tween-20 can help solubilize chemicals and prevent non-specific binding of chemicals or DUBs to tube or well wall.
