UBE2L3 Rabbit pAb

UBE2L3 is a member of the E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family. Accepts ubiquitin from E1 and catalyzes its covalent attachment to other proteins. Unlike many E2s that transfer Ub with RINGs, UBE2L3 lacks intrinsic, E3-independent reactivity with lysine, explaining its preference for HECTs.
