Fluorescein labeled Ub

Fluorescein labeled Ub is made by reacting Ub(S20C) and fluorescein maleimide. All lysine residues are still available for formation of polyubiquitin chains. It can be used in ubiquitination reactions to generate fluorescein labeled ubiquitinated proteins or fluorescein labeled free polyubiquitin chains.
