Details
Cy5 labeled Ub is made by reacting Ub(S20C) with sulfo Cy5 maleimide. All lysine residues are still available for formation of polyubiquitin chains. It can be used in ubiquitination reactions to generate Cy5 labeled ubiquitinated proteins or Cy5 labeled free polyubiquitin chains.
