Details
MLN4924 is a cell-permeable and potent inhibitor of Nedd8 activating enzyme (NAE) with IC50 of 4.7 nM. At 1 - 3 uM, MLN4924 potently inhibits the activities of Cullin-based E3 ubiquitin ligases in cells as neddylation of Cullin proteins is required for activating these ubiquitin ligases.
