Lenalidomide (CC-5013)

Lenalidomide, an analogue of thalidomide, is a ligand of the E3 ubiquitin ligase Cereblon (CRBN), and it recurits two lymphoid transcription factors, IKZF1 and IKZF3, to the CRBN-Cullin4 ubiquitin ligase for ubiquitination, leading to their degradation. Lenalidomide exhibits excellent anticancer activity against multiple myeloma.
