AZ1

AZ1 is a selective and non-competitive Inhibitor of both deubiquitinase USP25 and USP28 with IC50s of 0.62 μM and 0.7 μM, respectively, when assayed in vitro using Ub-rhodamine110 as the substrate . AZ1 reduces cell viability of a range of cancer cell lines with an EC50 around 20 μM.
